The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at Lackawanna College in Scranton, Pennsylvania, is an initiative to promote innovative pedagogy and provide professional development to faculty. In addition, the CTL positions itself as a provider of educational content for the community at large. The Expert Video Series is part of that initiative. It presents first-hand information which is of value to Scranton area residents, beyond the college community.

The series launched during the 2022/2023 academic year and promulgates one expert video per semester.
