Catholic Research Study

1–2 minutes

If you are an adult Catholic (practicing or lapsed) lay person in the United States, you are invited to complete a short survey. This is a voluntary research study being conducted as part of a doctoral dissertation in theology. This study aims to gather demographic information and assess general knowledge of Catholic Church teaching across different age groups. Your responses are anonymous.

No identifying information will be collected, and all data will be reported in summary form. Participation is completely voluntary. You may skip any question or stop the survey at any time without consequence. By continuing with this survey, you are giving your consent to participate in this study.

By continuing with this survey, you also confirm that you are a U.S. Catholic adult (at least 18 years of age) and are not a priest, deacon, or consecrated religious.

If you have any questions, you may contact the researcher, Prof. John Baldino, at professorbaldino@gmail.com.

The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Do not look up anything or do any research regarding the survey questions.

Thank you for helping with this important research!
